1. A current Street Enhancement Project on three streets to provide Pedestrian Access between existing Residential and Commercial Districts with a total length of just under 2000 lf. The Project, referred to as the Massanutten, Mayre and Reservoir Road Neighborhood Improvements has been completed through the Scoping and Conceptual Phase and is currently in the Design Development Phase which includes and initial property surveying, and initial design layout, determination of property and/or easement acquisition costs and a detailed (initial) construction estimate.
