[5] We have overcome the greatest obstacle by "recieving, completing, and extending" our presence in the Design-Build Market on and for Federal Projects, YR 2009 and YR 2010;

[A] The Company is managed by (Racey with) a Licensed Professional Engineer with Public Works Construction Experience dating to 1984, and more than 100 total Design-Bid-Build Project Assignments during the period, and;

[B] We have Design Engineers who have worked as Contractor Project Managers, and;

[C] We have Surveyors and Project Inspectors who have worked for and with Public Agencies

[D] We know, understand and have staff who have been employed on each and every side of the Project Team Model from the Review Agency, to the Project Owner, to the Designer, to the Prime Construction Contractor, and;

[E] Our greatest attribute in addition to the experience and skills of our people is that we prefer and tend to excel in a Design and Construction Engineering Role on any Project Team.

FACTS:  

Racey Engineering, PLLC completed a first Federal- FHWA funded Design-Bid-Build Project on the Mechanic Street (Bridge) Structure Project [*]  in 2003/2004 in and for the Town of Luray, Virginia, and;

Racey Engineering, PLLC has been actively engaged in multiple Federal Design-Build Projects for the US Department of Interior since 2009.
