    A group of wonderful people is an understatement. I had the pleasure of working in their survey department for 2.5 years. Everyone from field staff to office is knowledgeable in what they do. Whenever I run into someone that had work done by Racey Engineering, they are pleased with what services were provided to them. This is one of the best local firms in the Shenandoah Valley.     On behalf of all of us at the Warren County Fair, I would like to thank you for teaming up with us with our frantic call for help and at the same time apologize for the short notice.  Sometimes things come at you unexpectedly as this project did and your heart just tells you to go with it.  We are so very excited to have your team and Art on board to help us with this building that has been a long time dream for us.  You are the best of the best and you share the same passion as we do regarding the fair, I saw the proof of that hanging on the walls in your office.  You are a fair and 4-H supporter and you understand our network and the value that it offers our community and children today.
